Ingredients:
45ml Cinco Sangria Rum
20ml fresh lime juice
20ml sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
30ml sparkling wine to top

Method:
Add all ingredients except sparkling to a cocktail shaker full of ice.
Shake hard for 10 seconds, then fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Top with sparkling wine.

Putting our spin on the 'Old Cuban', a mash-up of the classic champagne cocktail and the mojito. This drink pays homage to the Prohibition era of the 1920s, when American socialites flocked to Cuba to party. Invented by Audrey Saunders of Pegu Club in New York, this refreshing tipple is perfect for the rum lovers.
